We want to address that by being proactive, using the up to date information that cloud accounting facilitates to offer a performance coaching service to our clients. Making your business better is like building a muscle – you need a program, you need to stick with it, you need to measure it and sometimes you need a personal trainer to hold you accountable.
We wish to provide “prompts” to get us all thinking about what we can do to improve the financial performance of our business. There are traditional accounting KPI’s but there are other KPI’s that we should be tracking on a monthly basis, with deliberate actions to improve each of these which in turn will improve our business turnover and profitability.
We also wish to enter discussions regarding other factors such as succession planning and systemisation that, while not financial, may have a big bearing on the long term outcome and value of your business.
We’re not experts, but we have worked with and learned lots from over 400 small businesses and some excellent business people over the past twenty years, as well as from owning and operating our own business. If you can help us to help you, then we can “build muscle” together!
If your accountant is already providing a service like this to you, then we definitely don’t want to tread on their toes – we only want to work with you to make your business better if that’s what you would like us to do.
