Martin began Teamrace in 1996 after fifteen years as Accounting Manager in organisations of up to 170 staff in manufacturing, distribution, IT and secondary education fields. Martin’s wife Sally is an artist specialising in pet portraits ( www.sallymcleanartist.com.au ) and they have two teenage daughters. Away from work their passion is sailing, and they keep fit and healthy for their next adventures!
